Which council covers Nelson Bay and Raymond Terrace?
Both are Port Stephens Council, along with Medowie, Anna Bay, Karuah and the rest of the peninsula. If the bin goes on public land anywhere in that area, it is their approval you need.
Will the bin sink into a sandy yard?
